    Description

    This item uses 3 9 volt batteries i put in 3 batteries and it turned on. i could check the battery strength the needle moved up to 90 the meter has a crack on the top plastic which does not effect it's ability to work. it has lo band and high band adjuster is missing the knob but can easily be turned by your fingers has on off switch and 3 x 10 20 db switches phone receptical battery test button and lo high band selector knob and an external antenna reseptical being sold as is
