Vintage '80s Size 10 Women's Lake Placid Flyer Figure Skates. 690. Lightly used.

Lake Placid Flyer Women's Figure Skates, Model 690. Size 10.
Top grain elk leather uppers, foam-insulated fleece lining, nickel-plated blades.
With skate guards and original box. Lightly used.
Not sure of their age. They were my mother's. Guessing they were bought around 1980.

A few nicks and spots of discoloration on the leather. Large abrasion and scratch near the toe of the left skate (see photos 7-8). Cleaned but not polished.
Metal is slightly tarnished throughout. Still shiny. Cleaned but not polished.
Laces look good; only a few discolored spots. All 4 aglets present!
--Skate guards (photo 10):
Not sure whether they came with the skates or not.
The insides are rusty.
Initials written on the sides in marker.
--Original box (photos 1, 11-12):
In fairly bad shape. W
arped from water damage.
Brown discolored spots throughout. Numerous scratches. Wear around the edges. Still usable.
