    Welcome! For auction is this old Japanese embroidered silk and cloth pouch or purse. It measures appx. 4 1/4" tall. Museum accession number tag attached. Some loss to threads on inscribed embroidered panel. Some loose/missing threads and minor damage scattered elsewhere. Dirt, coiling, staining and wear. Unusual item and rare - I have not seen many of these. Please see images for details.
