Very well-built stainless steel unit weighs 51 lbs and measures 21"x14"x14" fitting on most countertops.
Runs on standard 110 volt electricity.

Very clean condition,
fully working - used for less than a dozen small catered events.
These are often found in heavily worn and dirty condition as they are frequently used in a high traffic commercial setting like a hotel or restaurant.
Please Note:
I have lowered the price and am offering these units AS-IS with NO WARRANTY and NO RETURNS. While they do work, and are in very nice condition, I have had two buyers receive these machines thinking they'd walk into the local Publix and buy pancake mix off the shelf.
eBay makes it very easy to say an item isn't as described and then seller is forced to pay the shipping in both directions.  The buyers were on the other side of the country, so I am out a considerable amount of money.
The fact is, this is a commercial high output pancake machine that you should have some knowledge of before purchasing.
It requires special pancake mix from the distributor (www.
popcake-na.com).
It costs 0 for 4 cases of mix which is the minimum you can buy (as far as I know).
