Lebanon # RA8 MH OG stamp *faults* 1948 Postal Tax Stamp

Description

Unused stamp, original gum, appears to possibly be previously hinged. Stamp has some wrinkling and bends, the most prominent are visible in the gum scan. Gum along the bottom and some side perfs appears thinned. Some of the top perfs and a section of the gum near them has some soiling, possibly ink (visible in scans). Red ink on stamp is faded in spots, please examine the scan carefully. Some short perfs along the left side.
Will ship in envelope reinforced with thin cardboard.
