Decibel S Unit Meter
Meter tested with a DVM on the ohms scale. Meter moved on low settings. No further testing was done.

Shipping
Shipping will be USPS with delivery confirmation. I will combine shipping on most items purchased within a 5 day time frame. I ship only to the confirmed paypal address. Do not ask me to ship to another address. If you do, I will cancel the sale.
