This is a nice pair of preowned Columbia pants.  They are very cool and unique.  They are an army/olive green color with a floral paisley-like pattern.  They measure approximately 16 inches across the waist, 23 inches in length, and have a 10.5 inch rise.  They are in nice condition - I don't see any noticable issues.
This is a pre-owned item, and though I looked it over when taking pictures and listing it, it is not a brand new item, and it is possible that I may have missed a blemish or imperfection.  Otherwise it is in overall good condition.
Because it is pre-owned and has been worn and washed,  I've listed measurements to help give you an idea of the current fit.  Please let me know if you need additional measurements.
