We Ship by usps Priority Mail, up to 8 pieces in a large flat rate Box Taped with Strapping Tape.
The 24" pieces fit end to end to make any length table. Endo Alignment tool included.
This is a 144 inch long rack  (6  24' long racks that butt up to each other to make a 144" run) with 6.35 teeth per inch.  This rack has 6 threaded holes in the bottom and 5 threaded holes  through the sides so you can  mount it either way, and you can order multiple racks to make as long a run as you need. The rack
is 3/8" wide and  is 30mm or 1.1/8" tall
to the top of the gears from the base. They will butt up against each other and work as one continuous piece. There are six mounting holes on the underside and five mounting wholes through the sides all with 1/4-20 threading.
Rack specks
0.4"   or almost 1/2" width wide  24" long  and 1.3/16"  tall   and can butt end to end for long continuous drive distances  Mounting holes on the underside opposite the gear side with 1/4-20 threaded holes  starting 2" in from each end and every 4" to the other end and now there are also five through the side mounting holes also with 1/4-20 threaded holes that are 60.96mm or 2.4' from the end and 121.92mm or 4.8' spacing. The side mount holes are 6.35mm or 1/4' up from the base to the center of the hole.
The gears in this system are 20 Degree pressure angle gears
