    Description

    Japanese Textile Art.  A drawstring bag to bring rice to the temple or used in gift exchange. The body of this bag is a brocade fabric. The bag's base scene is the work of applique, in silk, rayon and brocade, resembling the art form in kimekomi dolls.

    some of the heavy applied white paint has come off
